The client brief was to reconceptualize an existing commercial office into a modern office building that could act as a headquarters for Toowoomba’s leading Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agency. The client had recently purchased the existing building which housed the Parole Board in Toowoomba and wished to completely transform what was a tired 90’s relic into a modern showpiece office space.
