VHD Studio handle all phases of the building design process from Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation.

Initial Client Engagement

  • Synthesisation and analysis of the design requirements, and;
  • Preliminary site investigations.

Schematic Design

  • Conceptual Building / Site Layouts,
  • Development of a 3D Model of the Concept,
  • Early review of statutory constraints,
  • Incremental ongoing client liaison, and;
  • Creation of Artists Impression.

Interior Design

  • Development of Finishes Schedules, and;
  • Documentation of Interior Design Elements.

Construction Documentation

  • Development of Building Design documentation for construction,
  • Undertake review and coordination of consultant documentation, and;
  • BIM Coordination.

Principal Consultancy

  • Engagement and management of the consultant team,
  • Manage Statutory Approvals, and;
  • RFI’s during construction.
